Three Star Wars Movies May Release in 2026 and 2027: Disney

A list of further Star Wars projects awaiting release is also available.

Disney's third-quarter investor presentation revealed the media company's three upcoming Star Wars films in 2026 and 2027. The Mandalorian and Grogu, which were previously announced, are on the list.

Few details are known about the Star Wars initiatives that are reportedly in production, despite multiple recent reports to the contrary. Additionally, unlike the recent announcement of three films for 2026–2027, Disney has not made any definitive announcements regarding its following projects.

Mandalorian & Grogu will likely be the first of the three films to be released in theatres. However, more information about the movie's production is needed.

Before this, there were rumours that Disney had a huge list of projects, excluding TV series and films. Fans were still determining whether they should anticipate something exciting because the media organization wasn't making any announcements.

Disney has revealed that the unnamed Star Wars film will be released on December 17, 2027.

In addition to these three movies, Disney has several other Star Wars projects, such as Star Wars: Skeleton Crew and Star Wars: Andor (Season 2).
